I love this guy. Tim Ferris wrote this book called “The 4 hour Work Week” about how he got addicted to the information age. Checking his email 200 times a day. Damaging his fingers texting on his black berry. Sleeping under his cubicle and working from 7a.m to 9p.m. seven days a week. He says that to change this pattern you have to completely disconnect and step away and reevaluate your lifestyle.
